Its simple, our loyalty scheme is designed to rewards our most loyal customers.

Every time you visit our shop or order over the phone with your loyalty card our system checks how many times you have used us in the past 30 days and then credits your reward card with points:

For example:
If you regularly order food for your office and spend £10.00 twice a week in a month you will earn £6.40 rewards, that works out to £76.80 a year!

0-1 visits = 4% back
2-3 visits = 5% back
4-5 visits = 6% back
6-7 visits = 7% back
8-9 visits = 8% back
10-11 visits = 9% back
12 or more visits = 10% back

You can log into your user panel at any time to check your balance and see your order history, you can also update the telephone number you usually order from which saves you from reading us your number over the phone.

If you visit our shop remember to show your keyring so we can scan it and credit your rewards!

Please note reward points are available on Menu orders only, corporate catering & buffet orders are excluded from the rewards scheme.
